Betsy, 

This happen to me on the PK, do you have the PK or mPower? There were two
possible issues, the flash disk was corrupt or was fried, fortunateley the
latter was not the case. If it is fried, the  only solution would be to send
it back to get it serviced by a HumanWare Technician. If it is corrupt, it
may be possible to obtain a utility that will reflash the flash disk and
reformat things and get things in working order again. This will of course
mean no matter if it is fried or corrupt that all the data will be gone.  

Give HumanWare Tech Support a call.

Betsy, if you have the mPower, try a service reset with the record key and
reset button pressed together.  I am suspecting you have lost your Flash
Drive, and will probably have to send it in.  I hope not.
