John, C3 with C4 Reset, is to be used when the system locks up. C3 with C4 with dots 23 is to be used before installing add-ons such as the Sendero GPS and Oxford Concise Dictionary and Thesaurus C3 with C4 with dots 456 is to be used to clear up memory as wwell as Bluetooth settings, Internet cookies, browsers and caches and other settings. C1 with C4 is to be used when a C4 with C4 rReset fails to unlock the unit, this Reset requires that you press and hold it for 5-10 seconds until, "Off" is displayed and once again for 5-10 seconds until, "BrailleNote PK" is displayed.
