Thanks for the help so far.
I go to the Pulsedata propergation page and log in successfully. I
check the radio button that says Keysoft 7.5 and I click download. Up
comes a page with the product key displayed and an option to
download. I click on download and get a file called
Keysoft 7.5 Upgrade key (BrailleNote mPower) (42269).exe
There is a return to main menu button, and on the main menu there
is something that says, "Additional Components for
Selected Release:", but this is not a control so I can't
clicck on it.
Can you tell me how to get the other components you mention please?
