Hi Mike:
  It doesn't sound like it's anything you're writing in wrong. I see  have 
sbcglobal. If memory serves that uses SSL, correct? What numbers are you using 
for the pop and smtp server? I don't know if all sbcglobal is SSL, but I would 
think so.
