First, welcome to the list! Please ask any and all questions you may have; often this list is quicker and more convenient than calling hw tech support or searching the manual. Also, never think that a question is too stupid to ask--better safe than sorry. As to your question, all you have to do is get the songs into mp3 format, or wma but without any drm protection. I do not use an ipod or itunes, but itunes may have some sort of file export or translation tool that will let you do this.
