hi"
i've been trying to download a 13 mb mp3 podcast on to the
keysoft system disk of my pk.
i've always been able to do it without any problem up until
today.
if i reset the pk, i have 18.55 mb free on my keysoft system
disk, so i know there's enough room.
the download stops after 75 percent, and i am informed that the
pk failed to download the file.
when i check the keysoft system disk, i find that there are 0
bytes free, but the portion of the file i downloaded is 9 mb.
after deleting the downloaded file from the keysoft system disk,
there is 9 mb free, but i can't find anything else on the disk,
other than what is supposed to be on there.
finally, i tried the same thing again, but stopped the download
immediately. when i checked how much free space i had left on
the keysoft system disk, it said 0 bytes free.
any ideas.
at least this highlights the problem of having such a small
capacity on the flash and keysoft system disks.
if you've got a wireless card in the compact flash slot, there's
not much free space where you can download stuff for listening to
later.
sorry for woffling.
cheers, richard.
