Hi,
What K-NFB Reader do you have? the classic or the mobile? Have you tried
resetting the K-NFB Reader if it is the classic with the SD card in it? If
that doesn't work, do you have a card reader for your computer and tried to
access the SD card through the card reader? Try some of these options if it
still doesn't work please get back to me mean while I'll try to get the tech
support number and send it to you.

Hi, I have an NFB reader, and need assist. sd card possible corruption
happened. Possible. If you have the address of the e-mail list for the
reader please let me know. I was with someone who had me put an sd for
the reader into my braillenote not recognized. Then, we tried the sd card
I use for the braillenote in the reader, now it will not work with the
braillenote either. Heeellpppp!!! Panicking. I will probably have to do
something. The guy says will have to buy new cards or try re-formatting
hope they come back to life. Does anybody know how to do this on your
computer? I have a Del laptop with Jaws but not experienced. Thanks.
