Hi Karen:

First of all, don't apologize for asking questions. We were all newbys
at one time or another and I only wish I would have had as many helpful
people to ask my questions of when I got my first BN.

It's a bit hit and miss with on-line banking on the Braille Note.
Personally, I don't do this on the Braille Note, I do it on my computer.
However, I also realize not everyone has a computer in addition to the
Braille Note, and I wish more banking sites could be accessed with it.

Bank of America has a very easy site to navigate on the PC. They use
something called a site key for added security and I wonder if this
feature is not supported by the BN? As I'm a B of A customer for one
particular account I have set things up with them on the PC with no
problems. You will need to know your account numbers to do this, but I
just forget what other information they need to initially set you up.
You can get set up on-line and don't need to call anyone or go to the
bank to do this.

Thanks,
