Hi Sharon And all, I'm fairly new to this list so I don't know about your problems, Sharon. However, I have just purchased a new PK and had it for less than a week when I started noticing problems with it. I sent it back to HumanWare last week, but haven't heard what they're going to do for me. Is it common for people to have problems with the PK in a very short space of time? Kate

I got my pk back last week after it had been serviced in germany at no cost to me. Then on Wednesday night the flash drive died again. So on Thursday I rang Humanware and they agreed to replace my machine with a new one, I was lucky that they had one there so they sent it straight away and I got it just a little while ago. It feels a bit different to my old machine, the buttons are different but I haven't actually compared them because I noticed the change after we had already packed up the old one ready to send back to Humanware for the last time. So I am hoping this pk lasts allot longer then the last one before it needs to visit Humanware for any repairs. Now a quick question, what is the latest build for the pk? I did just download and upgrade my old machine before it died but I didn't take any notice of the build number. This pk has build 20 so I am wondering if I need to upgrade it? If I do can I just use the files I downloaded for my other machine without using the product key of course? I saved the files on my Pc so I can easily access them again. Thanks for all your support over the last months and for any help you can offer. >From Shaz. bn qt MPower and pk user. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
