Hi Catherine
If you wan't to do this on the PC it's easy!
Open the Word document you're having trouble with and press F12 for Save As.
tab once to the save as conbo box where there are a whole lot of
options of file types in which you can save your file
I recommend that you save to Rich Text Format .rtf as the braillenote
seems to like it, and it retains a lot of formatting. But if you
really want text only that's in the dialogue as well.
tab again to save and press space and you will have a second file
with the same name but the extension .rtf or .txt.
Hope this helps

Hi,
Does anyone know if there's an e-mail address or a website Keyweb can
use, to convert MS Word files to text format? I would find this very
useful when away from my PC and needing to access Word files which
Keyword won't accept.
