You are correct; if an sd card says "hc" or "high capacity" then it will not work. The question, however, was about cf, compact flash, cards, which are quite different from sd cards.; sd cards are very small, about the size of a postage stamp and mayby 1/8 inches thick, and have a protection switch on them. Cf cards have no switch and are about the size of a matchbook but only about 1/4 inches thick. Currently, the largest sd card is (I think) 16gb while the largest cf card is 64gb.

Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: Re: [Braillenote] High Capacity CF cards?

Hi Catherine

High Capacity, HC, SD cards do not work with the BrailleNote.
The
largest SD card which can currently be used is 2Gb.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Talk soon

Hi,

Has anyone bought a high capacity CF card recently that works

with the BN? I'm wanting to buy one for my PK and just wonder if
anyone has any recent recommendations/info about compatible
cards...
