I think that it should be a website, though, so people can see what 
suggestions have already been made and not keep sending the same suggestion. 
I often forget even my own suggestions and don't write more because I don't 
want to get on HW's nerves by inadvertently repeating myself.

I have suggested to a very senior manager at Humanware that an
e-mail address called "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" would be a
great idea as people could send it all their ideas for product
enhancements, improvements, bug fixes and potential new products.

He liked the idea and was going to pass it on to the marketing
team.  I don't know if this e-mail address has been established
yet though.
