Have you ever used the "free database space feature? If not, try that first. Open e-mail, select setup menu, then f for free database space.
If that doesn't help, then you may indeed have to delete the folder; or at least the email folders under keymail. To check your drive space; 1. from the main menu hit f for file manager. 2. Then d for directory. 3. go to the list of drives and instead of hitting enter on flash drive, hit spacebar+i (on a BT keyboard) I think it might be read+i on a QT, but someone who uses a QT could chime in here and you will get the drive name and amount of free space.
