Do a 4-5-6 reset. This kind of reset erases all connections you
have for bluetooth (along with cookies, web history, and network
places) so you can start the pairing afresh. Remember that the
entire bluetooth service was made by HW; this version of Windows
has no support at all for bluetooth, so HW had to come up with
their very own set of instructions, service managers, and
programs (called a bluetooth stack) for keysoft with no help from
the underlying Windows.
Have a great day,
Alex

Subject: [Braillenote] Bluetooth Blues
I just got my new MPower. Sadly, I'm already experiencing the
bluetooth blues. Under the connectivity menu, bluetooth, I told
the bn to pair with my laptop and to activate active sync. That
went fine. Then I turned the active sync off. Now, the bn will
neither allow me to remove the paring or activate active sync, so
I'm stuck in limbo. Any suggestions? I already tried a reset.
Thanks in advance,
Nicole
