Hi Karen:

I do love the BN Planner. If you want to deleat your older appointments just use the block commands - space with b, place a top and bottom marker and delete. All old appointments will be gone. But, this is not so important to do as these take up very little space on your flash drive.

The maintenance utility just shrinks the program so that it squeezes out empty spaces, leaving a smaller sized file.
Hope that this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] question about the appointment planner:

Hi, my question is, when there is a selection on the planner menu
to do maintenance, what does this do? Also, When the Braillenote
says an appointment has occurred in the past, how do you find
that, and erase those occurrences? Do you have to go over all the
months of the year to erase all the appointments you no longer
want, or is there an easy way to do that? Karen and Harpo Thanks.
