My current email is through insight and I can only send email from my home because it has to be sent on their system. However, I have been able to send one other time. Usually, it gives me an error. Therefore, I download my email from that account but when I send a reply, I will another email that I have. Unfortunately, that service (a free one based in another country) is having issues and I cannot log in.
Since gmail works, I will now download from my insight account but reply using a gmail account when I am away from home.
