Hello Stacey.
Using Voice Note, when in an e-mail, you do block with I for
Insert, then follow the prompts until your drive, folder and file
are selected. Then press enter, and the document will be in the
body of your e-mail.
If you have just finished working on the document, then it will
most likely be the option offered to you.
