Stefan You may have inadvertently turned on compatibility mode. To fix: 1. from the main menu press "u" for utilities; 2. press "m" for miscellaneous options; 3. press space till you find the compatibility option; 4. if this option says "on" press "f" to turn it off.
This compatibility mode was originally designed for people who used the brailleLite and wanted to keep the same command structure when using the BrailleNote. Hope this solves your problem. Has anyone had this issue? If so, how'doya fix it? Thanks for your help. Stefan Slucki. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
