Hi, I have been having trouble getting the connection to my think outside keyboard activated. I got it activated twice before and now can only get it paired. At first after doing a 4-5-6 reset i have noticed that the mPower freezes when I press enter on the authentication code prompt. After doing several resets, or maybe just one, [I have lost count because I was trying to get the connection] the mPower finally pairs to the keyboard, but I have trouble activating its service.
Any suggestions? Thanks. Alana P.S. Is there something I need to press on the keyboard to make it be activated?
