Thanks, Derek. The manual explains about marking files to play, but I
can find no mention of them being saved to a playlist on the flash disk.
Your suggestion worked great, and is certainly an easier way to create a
playlist.

    I did run into a problem, however, when trying to rearrange a couple of
songs.
I used block commands to move a song to a different place within the
playlist, making sure each track was still on a separate line. When I tried
to save the file, the BN said the system could not access the file, because
it was being used by another process. I'm not sure why that happened,
because I had already closed out of the media player. I even tried removing
the sd card containing my media files. I still got the same error message.

    Can anyone suggest what I might be doing wrong?
