Yes, it is possible. First, you need to decide what fields from the address list you want to use. There are a couple of templates already on the BrailleNote for addresses in the form of a letterhead or phone list. If you wanted additional fields included in your embossed address list file, you would need to create a template with all the needed field names in it. For information on template creation, see section 10.9 of your user guide.
To emboss all addresses, from the Keylist menu, choose "Emboss Addresses." If your embosser is already set up, choose Emboss at the next prompt. You are now prompted for the template to use. Choose your template and press Enter. Now you are on the first field of the selected template. To emboss all addresses, just press Enter. You will get a prompt saying X number of records have been chosen. "Emboss all records?" Press Enter and the entire address list will be embossed.
