Hi Donna, Yes, you can skip the product key. To find out what bootloader version you have, press Reset wkth dots 4-6 (JL if you have QT). You should here a series of rising tones, followed by the words, "Update Menu Vx.x" where x.x is the bootloader version number. You need to have version 2.7 in order to run KeySoft 7.5 (and based on your words, it seems you already have the required bootloader installed). To exit out of Bootloader, press Reset butor; or, if you want to just upgrade your unit, just press dot 1 (number row 1 on qT) or Reset with dots 4-5 (JK) - this "dot 1" command only works under Bootloader. Maybe I should upload options under Bootloader on my Wiki - unless if I have this information already. Cheers, Joseph
