Humanware, just like any other company, needs to put in place features
which they believe, based on feedback they have received, will benefit a
majority of users.  I'm sorry, but an SDK isn't going to be something
that  most users care about.  It's certainly not as high on the priority
list as better word support (a Microsoft issue) or better handling of
HTML e-mails.

As far as Real Player, do we even know if there is a version of it that
runs under Windows CE 4, the operating system the Braillenote family
runs on?  I sure don't.  I think there will be room to add a lot of
features in when the OS is upgraded, whenever that may be.
