Hello, Nick: If you are running Keysoft 7.2 and later: From the Main Menu, go to the Word Processor. You'll want to create a document called "signature". It will need to be written in Keyword. This file will be created in the Keymail folder of the Flash Drive. Write in your signature. You can also create a "reply signature" the same way. It can be a different one. Create a file in Keymail called reply signature. Write in what you want. Before starting your signature, give yourself an extra line so that it won't be written into your last sentence. Have fun, and good luck!
