Hi,
Not sure if this will help, but try reinstalling the USB driver. I forget
the URL, but do a search on humanware for USB drivers or something.

Yeah, I have that same problem. Mine's a 2gb Sandisk drive, and it worked
a total of 1 time, I think. It works fine with the computer, though.

bt. A few days ago, the first time I inserted the drive, it worked fine.
Now, the BrailleNote no longer recognizes it. I have tried a basic reset
