Thanks, Terri. I need to send this document to someone who does have
Duxbury on his PC. The problem is that he needs it to be already formated
for embossing. Even though I created a .brf file, with formating set to 40
chars per line and 25 lines per page, he is not seeing any of that formating
when he opens the file.
The print to file feature seemed to work, except that I ended up with
everything double-spaced. I haven't figured out how to fix that. Also, he
needs braille page numbers, and I didn't see an option for that in the
Format menu.
I have read and reread the pertinent sections in the BN manual, but
there is so much information that it's hard to keep everything straight.
