Tina, the Sd card slot is just to the right of the Ac adapter plug, and plush against the casing of the BN. You'll see the Usb port where you'd plug the BN into a pc, and just below that is another little slot. Put the Sd card in with the prongs facing down, and the prongs going into the BN.
