Forget the partnership, you don't need one.
You do all your sync settings on the BrailleNote side of things under
utilities, synchronization options.
All you need is a guest partnership where active sync is concerned.
Keysync does the actual work.

So, delete the partnership again, set up a guest partnership, make sure you
have the braille note settings the way you want them, and it should work
fine.
You will probably get a dialog asking permission to access the contacts in
Outlook on the computer. Check the box for a length of time and tab to the
radio buttons and arrow to at least five minutes, just in case and hit yes.

Subject: [Braillenote] synchronization problems

Hi all,

I recently moved all my contacts and account settings from outlook express
to Microsoft outlook so I could synchronize them with my braillenote.
However, when I went to synchronize them, only the files were synchronized.
I deleted the partnership and set it up again, making sure to check
contacts, calendar, and tasks were checked. Once all that was done, I
expected everything to synchronize, but only files were synchronized.

I went to the tools menu and looked under options. When I selected tasks,
contacts and calendar, jaws said: desktop computer, not installed.

When I was setting up the partnership, I made sure those items were checked.

I am not sure what is going on or how to get my contacts etc synchronized.
Any help is appreciated,

>From Andrew
