Hi All, Perhaps you on the US side of the world should spare a thought for us Down Under. As far as I'm aware--and I'm prepared to be corrected--we have never had such a thing as a "maintenance Agreement". I've had various forms of the BrailleNote for 7 years and have never had the option of a "maintenance Agreement." Kate
