Hi Nick, As of now, Word 2007 documents are not supported (docx format). Chers, Jsoeph P.S. Try saving the file in question (under Word) as Word 2003 document and see what happens.

In a microsoft word 2007 document, I tried to spell check a word, and it said that the spelling dictionary was not installed. I reset the bn and tried in a keyword document, and it worked just fine, then in the microsoft word 2007 message again ... same deal as before I reset the dang thing. Has anyone else noticed this issue? If so is there a way around it, other than trying to save it in a keyword document and then convert it back into a word document? I'm just curious.
