Hi Karen,
First, I would suggest you do a normal reset. If that does not
work, try a 456 reset. Also it could be your server and you
might want to wait a while if that is the case. However, I would
first check out the reset solution.

I just tried to go to the internet, and got to google, but every

page, it keeps saying the page I'm looking for is not found.
