Not really if all the affecting states have the same company. If you all
have Comcust, att, bellsouth etc. if its a parent company they may have
problems here and there. The only reason that I may say its the supplier is
because its just in the states and all of the states are somewhat in the

By the way that it sounds with some of you, it seems that you are having
problems with google on the BrailleNote and even some with the PC. Have
you tried settings and if its not your settings then it well be with the
server you may have. You may want to contact your internet supplier and
ask them to do a test on there computers or remote your computer and
check for any possible settings on the modem itself or your internet
line. If not try taking your BrailleNote to a local coffee shop library
or anyother place that may offer a hot spot and see if you can access
google in another spot. That well tell you if its the unit or your
service/settings
