Hi all, does anyone want to view the Google source code? I can very easily do this under Windows. Thanks in advance for your offer.

Subject: [Braillenote] My notes on Google issue

Hi folks,
After reading messages in this topic, I came to the following conclusion: it
is not the issue of geographic outage - where some services are not
available in certain areas - nor ISP specific - where some Internet Service
Providers has issues with Gogle's Mobile interface. Also, note that just
because folks using a particular ISP to surf the Internet does not mean that others are having the same problem. Anpother crucial note: if other devices
along with BrailleNote are affected, then it is likely to be a
cross-platform issue - in other words, there might be similarities in these
devices that prevent Google's device identifier to mishandle these type of
devices. Maybe it could be nonstandard web browser techniques, or it might
be nonstandard or older operating system. Because of this, I have doubts
about this so-called "HumanWare specific" theory. There might be some
evidence of geographic deviations (I don't know about Los Angeles or
anywhere in Southern California here), but this evidence that I'm seeing
canot be counted as a firm evidence that some states are experiencing this
issue.
Another side note is this: I did notice that the desktop (Classic) version
of Google had its techniques changed. Before, when search results were
presented, the first heading was the first result. Now, there are two top
headingslabeled "Google" and "Search Results" that preceeds firstsearch
results.
Because of these notes, I propose this hypothesis: This Google issue is
caused not by deviations in geography nor ISP. Rather, I think this problem
is caused by changes in Google's underlying source code. Maybe Gogle has
decided to implement a feature that some mobile devices cannot recognize. If
the search results page return, "The page cannot be requested," then it
might be caused by modified source code. Computers are sensitive to
modifications - even down to changes in one character.
This is the reasoning that I have come up with. Some programmers here can
give us more information - maybe via examining source code or something.
Cheers,
Joseph
