Hi,

    Thank you for the suggestion, but I'm afraid it didn't work. The
puzzling thing is, I already have my preferred reading grade set to Grade 2.
I have several other .txt and .rtf files that work fine, and I can't figure
out what's different about this one. As I mentioned, if I delete the file
and
redownload it from the computer, it displays in Grade 2 braille. Once I
close and
reopen it, however, it goes back to computer braille.
