Linda,
Open the web browser and type www.google.com as the site to go
to. When the google page comes up, press space bar a few times
until you hear something about classic. Press enter on that link.
When the new google page comes up, pull up your note taker
favorites menu. Sorry but I don't know if you are using a bt or
qt keyboard. I have a bt and use enter with dots 2,3,5 to pull up
the favorites menu. I then press space once to add a favorite and
hit enter. I think the default favorite name was just google and
I added the words classic view onto the end of that name and hit
enter to accept it and copy that new favorite into my favorites
folder on my VoiceNote.
At this point, if you wish to test the access with the new google
page, move to the edit field, enter something to search for, and
then press enter. If you get results other than the error page
mentioned by other list members, then you are good to go. Just
remember to use your new google favorite in the future instead of
using the www.google.com you probably used in the past.
