Well, apparently, Humanware thinks this is a stupid error, and they don't care. I wrote to BITS about it and just got told to use http://www.google.com/pda. Shannon, apparently you're supposed to use a different URL now. There's been no official recognition from Humanware. Google certainly isn't talking, and nobody in the blind community seems to think that this error, experienced by BN users, Braille Sense users, and Braille Plus users is worth the time of day to comment. There were only some fifty messages about this so called error, it's a bug, not an error, over the weekend. My best suggestion, if you care to listen to an old cynic like me, is just go to http://www.google.com/pda. You aren't worth the time it takes anyone official to notice your problem. After all, this is Tuesday. Guess the fact that the Google web site has changed and BrailleNote users have to accept it doesn't phase Humanware. I mean the very least they could do is say, gosh, folks, we know they've changed stuff, and could you please use a different URL. Guess we just have to um, well, I'd rather not be vulgar, but you know what I'm thinking. Ann P. > ___ -- Ann K.
