Hi Stephanie and list,

I'm advised by Ramona Mandy (Melbourne supremo of all things BN) that .rtf
file-format is not currently supported on the BN. The best thing I can suggest
is to forward the file (or move it) to a pc, convert it into a .doc or .txt
format and re-send via email to the BN or open on the BN having copied it back.

Hope it works, but be advised that Word-files with any kind of tables,
heading-styles, boxes etc do not sit well with the BN.

Regards;
Stefan Slucki.

Hi all,
I have a very strange problem that I need help with it. I have a
rich text format document with some hymns in it. It was fine,
read fine but suddenly now when I open it, it's all in computer
braille. Like, it doesn't read in great 2 any more. I have
tried copying the text and pasting it into another document, but
all I got was a heap of blank lines, not text. I tried
translating it to braille, same result. I even tried correcting
the grad of the block, nothing happened.
This has happened before with other documents too, not all the
time, just some times.
Thanks for any help.
Steph
