Hi, I have found that the best way is to pull the unit out of the case before trying to remove the cards. Alternatively, the new soft leather case rather than the harder case (in which mine came at purchase) makes it much better for getting the cards in and out. About the operation of the Joy Stick. Could someone please let me know what version of Keysoft you're using that the joy stick works for navigating menus? I was under the impression that you could press the joystick down and it would move through the menus. You could then press it in and you would enter the menu. This is not happening for me and I wondered whether it is the version of keysoft that has corrupted and this might be fixed in the next build. I'm running keysoft 7.5 build 27. Kate
