Hi Kate and Nancy, Probably a fix for Kate would be complete restart of PK. To do this, hold down C1 and C4 (the front control keys on the unit). After few seconds, hold down these two keys again to restart KeySoft. For those who doesn't have a clue as to what the joystick does, it is similar to a cell phone's circular (and sometimes, square) key that performs functions of arrow keys, and, when pressed at the center, activates Enter key.
