It doesn't seem to matter which code you are in on web sites, you still seem
to have to enter things in computer braille.
I'm not sure why this is, but the input fields on web pages don't seem to
accept UEB.

Dear All.  I may not have been clear in my last email so I will attempt to
be as clear as possible in this one.  Ok.  If I am on a web site, and
registering for a subscription to a list or something similar, i use the dot
4 and dot 1, and it says just single quote A.  This is the same command that
I use when writing an email, and it works fine then.  Any suggestions would
be much appreciated.  We cannot live without assistance.  We are not as
clever as we think, and we always need to ask for help if we need it.  Noone
can do anything.  We are all dependent in some way.
