Alana,

Are you running Service Pack 3 on your computer?  Also, what antivirus
package are you running?  What kind of Computer are you trying to install
Keysync on?  What OS is the computer running?

These are all questions that could help track down the problem.  Also, are
you running Adobe Acrobat on the computer?  If so, what version?  This may
be important because of something called net framer which I believe is part
of Adobe.  Someone else who is more technically inclined could help with
that one.  

Also if you could give the error code, that would help.

We had some problems on a Dell Enspiron 1501 laptop and finally uninstalled
Norton Internet Security and installed AVG free edition on that machine.  We
are not yet running Adobe on that machine again.  This machine is running XP
Service Pack 3.  Ray, is there anything else I need to add here?  If so,
please add it.
