Certainly a refund of moneys spent, or a
correct diagnosis and fixing of the
problem certainly seems in order to me.
Are you listening HW?

Dear Grant and list:
I think its time you phoned Humanware
Tech Support and requested
another RMA to send your unit in for
fixing the sector not found
error once and for all.
Not sure if you're in the US or Canada,
where did you send your
unit to for servicing? Concord
California or Drummondville QC?
Strikes me the problem wasn't fixed and
you would think
motherboard replacement would fix it.
Take care.
Brian
