Hi, I have tried reinstalling KeySync, reset the BN using service reset and nothing has helped me with the error, exception: command: 399 at 4152 data misalignment
If I try synchronising a second time my BN freezes and I have to do a normal reset and I try again, but still get the same message. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
