You could try a normal reset or reset with 456 (jkl).

Subject: [Braillenote] some web pages are not loading
recently, i have been having a problem with a few web pages. now
when i try to access certain web pages, it just displays: "please
wait. 100% complete" and it beeps, but the page never loads. it's
strange as the pages were working correctly a week ago. any help
would be apreciated. thanks.
