A question that is somewhat hard to explain... This "stuttering"
and slow
response from Eloquence is due to its memory usage patterns. In
other words,
Eloquence uses more memory than KeyNote Gold does. A useful
evidence is
memory value under Support Info Mode (Options Menu/Suport Info
Mode, then
press sPACE with I/READ+I).

Yeah I have the same problem with eloquence when I insert my
network
card and take it out, it s's's's's's's's's's's's'stutters. I've
also
noticed that Eloquence has a real speech impediment when I'm
typing
really fast, so i have to put my keyboard voice on off so that it
won't crash. Could someone please tell me why it does that? I
thought
Eloquence was supposed to be a very rapid and reliable speech
engine?
It works fine on the computer with Jaws but on the BN it leaves
something to be desired.

In psychic mode I perceive that you are enjoying eloquence
speech. Nice, but a memory hog. Try switching to Keynote
speech and watch your stutter become a thing of the past.
Or, you could just reset every time that you get a stutter
freeze.

wireless card, cf card, and am half way through asking the bn to
talk to me, it stutters, and does not move on. For example, it
might say Mark and I insert the wireless card, and it says: Mark
