Hello List: I have been following the content on whether or not the Victor Stream is a scam, and whether or not it really exists. Yes, if you press I-chord from the Main Menu, and space down, you will see that the software really exists. The software for the dictionary, GPS, languages and other things exist. It doesn't mean you have them, it means you have the opportunity to purchase a GPS, a dictionary, other languages, and other things that go along with software. It also means that you don't have to purchase these things, but the software is available. The information Isaac listed is not a scam.
