Hi all - Humanware replaced my BrailleNote mPower. I no longer am having problems with my flash disk.
Unfortunately, though, the second thumb key from the right and the rightmost thumb key do not work. When I press them, nothing happens and the speech doesn't interupt. I'm assuming this is yet another defect but thought I'd post it in case there's actually anything I should try to cure this. Grant ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
