Hi Tiffany, Did you install the User Authorizaiton Key? If you have, just open thye book as usual. Go to Bok Reader, select the drive and folder where the book resides. Then press ENTER on the name of the book, and KeyBook should prompt you for your RFBD PIN. Enter it then pres ENTER. It should be loaded just like any other book. Cheers, Joseph
