Hi Tina, As to dynamics changes (volume changes) during ripping - copying CD's into mp3's and similar formats, it depends on what program you use. My personal recommendation is use Windows Media Player, set the ripping level to 0% so that the audio comes out as 128 KBPS mp3 sound. Cheers, Joseph
