Hello all,

When doing this installation, make sure of the following first:
1. You are not running Service Pack 3 with XP home or Pro.
2. You are not running Norton Antivirus software or Norton Internet
Security.
3. You are not running Adobe as this software also uses the net framer
file.

The above mix was what we had running on a laptop when we had all kinds of
trouble with Keysync and the laptop still isn't right since the installation
of Service Pack 3. Net framer 2.0 was part of the problem with that
machine. I personally don't think it and Keysync 3 play well together.
Anyone with more technical background is free to comment here. Ray, feel
free to jump in on this one as you were the one who argued with our Dell
Enspiron 1501 laptop which is only about a year and a half old. I must
say that we are running Keysync 3 on an older Dell Dimensions PC with no
problems and this machine is running Adobe Acrobat 7 and also AVG 7.5 for
the last year until recently.

We now have Keysync 3 running on the laptop after removing Norton from the
machine. Adobe Acrobat has not yet been reinstalled on that machine.

Thanks.
